Traditional Upholstery

Traditional upholstery techniques are generally associated with antique furniture. Interiors and padding are made from natural materials like loose fibre stuffing such as coir (made from coconut husk) and horse hair. These require stitching into shape to create shape. This requires a lot more skill and time which in turn becomes more expensive than modern techniques.
